Financial Policy
Our doctors will always take the time to ensure you are fully informed about the risks, benefits, and alternative treatment options to help assist you in making a fully informed decision. You will be actively involved in your treatment decisions. We will always give you an estimate for the cost of your endodontic treatment including your insurance benefits as needed.
The fee for your endodontic procedure will be based on the extent of treatment. During your first visit, we will discuss the treatment plan, what may be involved, and any applicable fees. Endodontic fees usually range from $1100 to $2000. We are contracted with most PPO insurance providers to help offset the cost of treatment. As a courtesy, we will work with your insurance carriers to submit claims.

While we strive to provide you the most accurate estimate of your copayment, this will depend on how current the information is provided by your insurance carrier. It is the office policy that your expected portion is paid at the time of consultation or treatment. You are ultimately responsible for the full cost of treatment if the insurance company contributes less than expected.
