Office Manager
Mike, our office manager, is originally from Boston and has been living in Southern California for a little over 10 years. He has been working alongside Dr. Cho for the past 9 years, starting as a dental assistant and now serving as the office manager. His kind heart and charming personality will instantly put you at ease and make you forget you’re even in an endodontics office. In his free time, Mike loves spending quality time with his wife and son, always looking for fun new ways to explore Southern California together as a family. Whenever he gets the chance, he also enjoys wrenching on his modified cars — one of his biggest passions outside the office.
Heidi
Insurance/Billing Coordinator
After 9 years as a veterinary technician, Heidi joined our office looking for a new career where she could still be involved in helping others feel better. She just traded four-legged patients with two! She’s the one that will answer your questions in regards to your dental insurance and billing. Outside the office, she loves to bake, especially french pastries. Heidi and her husband, Scott, have three cats and enjoy camping and hiking.

Ruby
Dental Assistant
Ruby received her Associates Degree in Dental Assisting from Cerritos College in 2015, and has since been working as an endodontic assistant. Ruby's calm, attentive, and caring personality helps alleviate patient’s nerves to make them feel relaxed during each visit. She likes to personalize each patient's visit to cater to their needs. In her free time she loves to spend time with her family, explore California and visit Disneyland.
Jennifer
Dental Assistant
Jennifer is one of our back office assistants with 18 years experience in the dental field. She enjoys talking with patients and making them feel comfortable about their treatment. Jennifer and her husband Nick enjoy trying new restaurants, going on road trips and taking their 2 dogs to the park.
Emily
Dental Assistant
Born and raised in Colorado, Emily moved to California to attend Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo. Upon graduating with her B.S. in Public Health in 2024, she began working as an endodontic dental assistant while actively working towards applying to dental school. Emily recently moved to Orange County while pursuing her M.S. in Medical Science, and is grateful to be a part of this team. She is drawn to dentistry because of its collaborative nature and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while helping improve their oral health and confidence. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond help create a positive experience for every patient. Outside of work and school, Emily enjoys trying new restaurants around town, Pilates, and going to the beach.
